We collect information about how you interact with Citevis, including pages visited, features used, scan history, and settings. This helps us improve the product.

Payment information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or financial details on our servers.

If you contact us by email or through our contact form, we retain the content of your message to respond and improve our support.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Citevis platform
• Run AI visibility scans across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other platforms
• Generate brand visibility reports and recommendations for your account
• Send you product updates, alerts, and transactional emails
• Respond to your support requests and inquiries
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your brand data to train AI models.

We use trusted third-party providers to operate our platform, including cloud hosting (Vercel), data scraping infrastructure (Bright Data), payment processing (Stripe), and analytics. These providers process data only as instructed by us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Business transfers
